Word muncher and math muncher?

Anyone know of any downloads of these games for PC? I used to play those games alot when I was little and the wife has never heard of them so I want to find a free download so that I can show her what she missed in her childhood.

I remember them. I'm not even sure where I got them from or what but I remember playing them.

Edit to add :

Course, you'd havta find a way to force your system to slow down. I remember when I found Mech Warrior 1 for a download..and I was like " OMG!!!11 Thats the shits!!" and downloaded..tried to play..ya, that don't work well on a newer system. Heh.

No, we were just always Mac people, but they may have thrown it away when they moved.

Oregon Trail was the best ever. I had the newer version years ago, just wasn't the same.

Not sure how to switch the discs mid-game. Figure it out.

Oregon Trail was the stuff. I'd love a hardcore 3D remake. The munchers were fun, too.

Bonus points if anyone remembers Odell Lake, Lewis and Clark Stayed Home, Below the Root, or Hardball.

ODELL LAKE WAS THE SHIT! I liked being the little tiny rainbow colored fish.

And I fully agree that old-school Oregon trail was the best. When you're "Hunting ground" was practically a stick figure with a line for a gun and little stick figure animals.

The newer version is all about the history of the trail and shit. Hardly anyone breaks bones/gets sick/dies.

Odell Lake, and Hardball were both sweet.

Was Odell Lake the one where you were a fish, and you had to guess weather or not to stay or leave, and you'd get eaten if the fish on the other side was bigger?
