Does anyone know where the Icemule trade shop accessories are sold?

According to all the information I can find, they should be in Trade Alley and Barter Alley in the southeast corner of town, but besides the Permit Authority, I cannot find anything.

Were these moved to another location, or am I just an idiot?

From the permit authority go south, keep going south and you'll start seeing the fixtures and other stuff.

Under the assumption that I might be going insane, I made a character in Prime and in Icemule, then I see all the stuff.

But it's not in Platinum! So I guess I want to know where this stuff is in Platinum Icemule.
