eh no...They're all released at merchants it looks like. Get a good forged one or a nice enhancive I guess :)

If you just need whatever I can forge you some, I am a master smith and own a set of the glaes sai glyphs. I can forge some on the cheap.

If you'd like to commission some perfects, that would cost a little more :)
