Can someone clarify this language for me?
If poured by a non-cleric, the blessing is good for 2 × the level of the pourer's swings.
Does that mean it is 2x the level of the player? Not sure what "level of the pourer's swings" means.... Sorry if this is a simple question, but that language seems very confusing.

if you're not a cleric, the blessing is good for a number of swings determined by this formula:
2 x character level
so if you're 50 and a non-cleric, a pour is good for 100 blessed swings.
2 x 50 = 100

Simple enough! Thanks for the clarification.

Are you serious? I thought pure potions gave a flat number (50) of swings. So at cap, I'll get 200 blessed swings with a single pour? (Not that I need it with my nifty new permablessed axe.)

Yeah, I'm curious on that to. I always thought that non-cleric pours were just a flat 50 as well. Did something change?

Been like that as far back as 2006 according to this:

See, I do enjoy wikis for these purposes, but I really need a source for this one. Because I don't think my blesses ever lasted 200 swings.

Looking around the play.net forums and old guides...
Seems the old formula was 3 x level if cleric, 1 x level if not. Who knows when it changed.
Pretty sure there never was a flat amount of pours.
