Selling some polished spiked double leather 2x temp HCP, perm slash resist, spiked and +6 arcane symbols bonus.

As you sing, you feel a faint resonating vibration from the spiked double leather in your hand...

The harmonics generated tell you that the leather serves to reduce the severity of inflicted wounds.

The leather resonates with your voice, indicating that it enhances its owner in the following ways:
It provides a bonus of 6 to Arcane Symbols Bonus.
This enhancement may not be used by adventurers who have not trained 17 times.
The leather looks to have more than your average giantman could count charges remaining.

The leather resonates with your voice, revealing some details of its temporary enhancement:
The leather's enhancement will degrade when the wearer is struck in combat.
It should be able to withstand an incredible amount of uses before its enhancement has completely degraded away.
When its enhancement has degraded away, the item will lose its special ability.

As your song penetrates the spiked double leather, you determine that it is moderately resistant to slashing attacks.

You sense that the spiked double leather will persist after its last enhancive charge has been expended.

The loresong doesn't say if the padding or resistance is temporary.

hmmm well it looked to me like the padding was temp and the resistance was perm from how it's written but i dunno.

Loresongs need updating.

I'd find a warrior to assess it. That's the only way, outside of asking a GM, to find out if the padding is temp or perm. I vote perm padding and temp slash.

Does temp resistance even drop from the treasure system? It's permanent rez, temp padding. I'd stake Kai's life on it.
