cant install psinet

had it and used it for years
when i sold bandanas/higher i thew it all away (trash folder)

when i try to install it says, of course, didn't uninstall the last one properly

when i search for files/folders with psinet in it, i find nothing

someone please help me get psinet installed, i dont know how to spell myself up! (snicker)
