Fixing stats for ranged

lvl 10 Giantman Ranger. Started OHE and thinking about switching to ranged but realized my Dex bonus sucks. I can still fix my stats at the inn so is there anything I can switch around to get my dex bonus up. I'm guessing if I made Dex 100 my bounus would be 20? If I lower my Dex would the bonus go higher over time? If there is nothing I can do I'll just either live with the low AS or pick another weapon class. Thanks

Note these stats were base on a TP calculator and I think I used the target level of 35.

If you are level 10 just reroll. If you only used your Gift of Lumnis it would take about 2-3 weeks to get back there.

Yeah 10 isn't that far along but I hate starting over, might just start another char for ranged weapons and take this one on a diffrent path
