Technically 31.25m to 33m was a 5.4% increase, which is why I allowed it (5% is usually my cut off, depending on where the auction is at)

$263 to $275 is only 4.4%, but I'll allow it since there's a little bit of a gap in a dual auction... but lets say 10% bid increases moving forward
