Did psinet make you take off your cloak, and drop it at a table, then make you leave the table and enter a different one without you even touching your keyboard and/or mouse?

Actually, it's a GS bug. You aren't supposed to be able to raise a rod you're not holding. It even tells you so- but then it works anyway. Because PsiNet did not see the expected "You raise..." messaging, it does not reliably flag the next spell effect as being a raise trigger.
In this case, it did- I assume because the last trigger it DID see was a raise and not a gesture/rub.

Yeah, I can do the same thing with my haste rods and I don't use Psinet.
