Vista Home CD?

[Trouble]

Anyone know of a way/place to get a clean (and more or less legal) Vista Home CD? My laptop is stuck at crcdisk.sys during bootup and the half-assed solution my manufacterer uses sucks. Lenovo basically put the Vista files on a hidden partition but it has its own software to manage it, so I can't boot into Windows from a CD to manually repair stuff.

I have a CD key so I'm not looking for a bootleg. I just want an OEM installation disk.
