Psinet won't link?

Is it just me or has it been down for a few days?

I keep getting this message

You were unable to reach the PsiNet. A buzz of half-completed thoughts fills your mind:
ConnectionRefused
You will attempt to connect again in 5 minutes..

I did, it worked fine & then stopped a few days ago. Unless there's been an update since Wednesday?

try typing PSINET SWITCH and then try to link (PSINET LINK)

Check to make sure your new version isn't being blocked by your windows firewall.
