Unfortunately being imflass, the +3 doesn't really help if you try to enchant it. Bringing it up to 7x would still only leave it at +35 because of the way enchants round up; there'd be no benefit to this over a normal flamberge, really.

Can't sell it to a pawnshop because of the enchancive either =/
