Fel-hafters are axes and OHE only.
Katanas are OHE/THW (Both skills required) and are katana bases.

Katana base is considered freaking awful. You can use it two-handed with only two-hander training but OHE requires both OHE and THW. If you try to dual wield katanas, you get something awful like -50AS. They are also semi-readily available from a permashop near Illistim; meaning supply can always fill any demand and thusly won't raise in price.
