I can't find this thing anywhere, according to Krakiipedia

Ta'Illistim - (Sylvarraend, Foehn Var) - next to the herbalist's shop

I went to the herbalist but there's nothing else around it that I can find, or maybe I'm just too stupid, either way, someone help me please!

aha, I actually found it on a map just before I rechecked this thread, but I think I've found the herbalist in Sylvarraend, and the room does say Sylvarraend, Foehn Var, so I should be able to find the outpost, thanks for your quick response.

I believe it is a short street so there are multiple rooms and I think you might need to search. Been a while.

I found it, was up a path I think, now off to hopefully find the one in vaalor, and hopefully before my wizard spells run out
