I have 25 ranks in warcry but dont seem to get any bonus from the yowlp. Do i need more ranks? Or does it not stack with wizard strength?

You need to be in a group, only Holler works for self-boosted/non-group AS boosts.

The sabar looks more like its forger mounted a large hunk of vultite on a plain wooden haft than actually taking the time to craft it. Perhaps to counter the shoddy craftsmanship, the vultite has been dyed in dashes of pink and purple which have begun to fade away and wash out, leaving the surface best described as being speckled.>stance off

I didn't think Yowlp did anything other than:

Protects your group against warcry-like effects (griffin screech, animal roar, etc).
