Should these just be tossed out or are they actually worth something?

The first thing that strikes you about the greaves is the weight, which is about 5 pounds. In your best estimation, it's worth about 200,000 silvers. You can also tell that there is some type of metal in the structure of the steel arm greaves.

The harmonics generated tell you that the greaves serves to protect from additional damage. The magical harmonics reveal that arms are better protected when wearing the steel arm greaves.

Just for future reference Swam, what would make these worth anything? A worthwhile enchancive + the padding, or crit vs damage padding?

Basically, any weapon type enhancive, stamina enhancives, or worthwhile stat enhancives. The padding/resistance is rather unimportant. If lightning/void resistant it might catch people's eyes, but otherwise it wont make much of a difference.

Ah, yes, forgot about that. Any spiked accessory is worth a fair bit, aside from helmets, which were released off the shelf so their value takes a hit.
