I have to make 3 small changes in my skills and the 'skills base' says it will take 6 in game hours . . . fair enough . . . but I can be on for 7 hours and it will still say '6 in-game hours'.
What kind of hours are we talking?

The time is still all screwed up. Its been fluctuating for a lot of people as the GM's tweak around with things. Just be patient.

If you want to goose it, go out and earn some EXP.

If you've exceeded I think 60 TPs the rate drops to 21 hours for one tp.

yah its beyond messed up, for me its defaulting for spells, so my wizard removed some skills, tried to get a spell has to wait, got more training points and leveled, so I give him a elemetal spell and a wizard spell, but because I removed "one" more thing, it decided to put the wait on the wizard spell again, so now im waiting for 2 wizard spells to clear, even throgh I had a ton more trainings points.... its all screwed up

My seemed to be working fine when I only had one skill to drop ranks in. I left it on overnight and it dropped like, 5-6 hours. I calculated the drop rate on it to be 1% per minute. For reference, I was droping ranks in Arcane symbols from 2x down to 1.5x... if you wanted to calculate the dropping rate, because I don't feel like doing that for people I don't know
