Time: Around 8 pm Eastern.
Location: DeLuca's Hangout in the Landing
General Info: Tehrdoo the blacksmith will be adjusting calipers, keyrings, or most other tools-of-the-trade as well as his standard fare of weapons and leather and scale armor.
I'm admittedly pretty clueless about landing geography in general but... where is DeLuca's Hangout?
