Died this morning. RIP. And I'm not too proud to say I actually liked Golden Girls.

I don't usually give a damn about celebrities but reading about her death made me sad as did that of Estelle Getty last year. The Golden Girls was such a great show and Bea Arthur had so many great roles in her career.

She had....class....

She mostly retired in 1992 after Golden Girls, didn't do every TV movie of the week.

She did more than most of us will ever do and she tackled some controverisal stuff in the 70s.
