So I tried to pull up my recent account and play for a bit but when I enter the credit card I get the message saying this card has already been used and if I want to continue I need to contact customer service... Anyone know what this is all about and am I going to have to wait until monday now to play?

If you have more then one account you have to call in the cc number on the second account to have it be the same as the first account.

alternately if you had multiple accounts at one time and one ore more of them was using that card then you suspended they accounts, it can sometime "Catch" in the system and gives you the same problem, even if you aren't currently a subscriber/getting billed.
Simply put, they already have the CC on file. Happened to me recently. Cept I was getting "phantom" charges from Simu for an account that wasn't even active.
