AS Increments

I knew this a long time ago, but the memory has slipped away....

I seem to remember that weapon training increases your AS pretty quickly in the early levels, then drops off at some point. Does anyone have the numbers on this?

Tried Krakipedia and couldn't find it... if it's on there somewhere gonna feel even dumber than I do.

Skill bonus.

First 10 ranks = +5
Next 10 ranks = +4
+3
+2
+1

After 140 skill bonus or 40 ranks it stays at +1
