The one with GSA was pretty good, problem is there are very few positions available. AMS was just ok I'll say, much harder questions that I hadn't had to answer before in previous interviews.

One on one or panel interviews? Most people find panel interviews to be tougher but since all my promotion boards in the corps were like that I aced my last panel of four people grilling me about business ethics and such.

Practice and prepare for a panel and a one on one is a cake walk.
