One thing I never noticed about the Mr. Cool Ice pic is the guy getting the tattoo in th bottom right of the 2nd picture, his face is priceless.

Is there a story behind MCI somewhere? Especially the skeleton w/ his hands placed softly by his cheeks... seriously.
