Ranged Weapon assessors are very hard to find. Most people just make up an amount of weighting and call it good, since neither the seller or buyer can usually find one.

i do believe there is one on teras....can't remember his name though but im pretty sure teras has 1 warrior that can asses ranged

Yarx is the only one I know of.

Oh and maybe Xanith. I think they both have the dual xbows.
