On the silver-inset rack you see a carved linden pole, a slender thanot pole, a slim rosewood pole, a tall dark fel pole, a thick oak pole and a long silver pole.

If this is true, then speaking as someone with two half-sylvans, i will say that the sylvan half is most definitely the top half!
