if i convert to Eorgina and get the fire bonus to my spells will this cause issues with me in in the bowls and ignite the room or have no effect on the critters in teras due to them not being hit by fire spells?

Yes, it will ignite the gas in the Bowels. Paladins I hunt with have to avoid using their spell if it has fire/lightning/plasma flares.

Someone else will have to answer about Teras, though.

Yep. No Guiding Light Flares. The area isn't very Paladin friendly.

Er, Plasma ignites the gas pockets?

I thought it didn't. Just like it doesn't affect trolls.

Yup, plasma flares. My empath found that out the hard way when her first trip there (she'd been warned about fire spirit) she cast Empathic Assault. The bolt hit was no problem, but the CS followups are plasma, and my whole hunting group went BOOM. Ix-nay ont he Asma-Play.

That's the kicker. It DOES ignite the gas but DOESN'T ignite the trolls.

Glad Kai got non plasma crits then. I use my spells all the time in the bowels.

Triton appear to have neither a vulnerability nor resistance toward fire crits.

GWEs have a weakness to fire crits (not sure about plasma and lighting is simply out of the question for most rooms in the temple).

Just hunt 3 if you're using lightning.

Out of all the time I spent in the Bowels I only had the Guilding Light flares ignite the gas once, so I wouldn't concern yourself with it too much.

If your 1615/30 is capable of igniting the gas I would be more careful for sure.

well im trying to figure out which to convert to and which would be the best for me.

i wanted fire for hunting in the grimswarm camps but if i cant hunt teras or the bowls due to my spells that would be a pain in the ass.

any suggestions?

anybody else tell me what god's they converted to and what their flares are and why they like those flares? still have not converted yet so looking for more info. fire flares would be great since hes in sunfist but if its going to be an issue with Teras Isle and bowls then I will need to pick something else.
