Hate to put this up..

PM w/ offers.

a lapis lazuli inset silver band

This is a small item, under a pound.
In your best estimation, it's worth about 200,000 silvers.
You also feel a faint drawing sensation from it, as though it may be able to hold more power.
Also, it seems to have some sort of enhancive properties.

The magical strength of this item is strong. It could probably handle the imbedding of an entirely new spell, if handled with care.

The band resonates with your voice, indicating that it enhances its owner in the following ways:
It provides a bonus of 5 to Spell Aiming Bonus.
This enhancement may not be used by adventurers who have not trained 15 times.
It provides a bonus of 2 to Mana Recovery.
This enhancement may not be used by adventurers who have not trained 10 times.
The band looks to have a lot of charges remaining.

You sense that the inset silver band will persist after its last enhancive charge has been expended.
You sense that the inset silver band will persist after its last magical charge has been expended.

in a flat priced sale, isn't there usually a set price, which someone agrees to pay, and the sale is done?

That's how he likes to run his 'Flat priced sales'.

Have I ever mentioned how much I despise selling things? I'm so much better at buying things...

Anyway, the high offer stands at 7m.

I figured it would go for something in this range, possibly a little higher since it persists and you won't have to check it constantly or lose it.

I'll take offers for a little while longer, I prefer PM's but feel free to post them if you really want.

So, it's really an auction, but you're not disclosing the bids.

But he just disclosed one! Making it a very strange hybrid auction/offer/blind sale.

It's the new way to make people pay more!
