Why save someone that jumps into a polar bear exhibit?

Maybe they should put some sort of man-eating guard animal in front of cages / enclosures at zoos, to prevent people from going into them.

Or take the fences away...if people are going to climb in, they dont deserve to be protected.

That. Is the greatest. Idea. Ever.
I nominate pedobear for guard duty:

I assume she's from the same gene pool as the guy who jumped into a panda exhibit to get his kids toy back
I have kids & I remember them having favorite toys but fuck that, there was no toy they ever had that was worth jumping into a damn bear cage to get back for them.

Agreed.
also, I would probably pay extra to see someone willingly jump into a polar bear exhibit to get eaten.
Maybe they could work something out on that. An alternative to assisted suicide or something.

At our zoo some kid once dropped his stuffed Teletubby toy into the coyote exhibit. Luckily there was a keeper at the viewing area to keep the idiot mother from going in after the thing. The coyotes went crazy over it and a large brawl ensued. Every coyote in the place got in on it and there was blood everywhere. Imagine if that mom had jumped into that feeding frenzy - all for a stupid ten buck toy.
I used to see parents dangling their kids over the bear moat to give them a closer look at the bears. When the keepers would explain that those roly-poly cuddly looking bears are fast and equipped with very big teeth and claws and could probably jump high enough to grab their tasty little offspring they'd often be downright rude.
Luckily our zoo was small and our keeper staff were really on the ball. We never had anybody get into an exhibit with anything dangerous, thank the gods.

No offense, but it's just natural selection..
I feel sorry for a kid if a parent caused it, but at the same time /shrug

I seriously love shit like this... this made my day. Especially the picture. I have to deal with god damn retarded customer complaints all day.. I WISH I HAD FUCKING POLAR BEARS TO EAT THEM. It's a shame they saved her though.. I bet she goes on to have a litter or two of children to spread the obviously incredible genetic code that her body holds, the one that gave her the agility to leap the fence and the pure brute strength to fight a polar bear. I bet she's an avid chess player and probably enjoyed a glass of wine while listening to mozart when she finally got home. After the hospital visit.

Oh, I agree. The problem is that the animal will be the one killed if that's the only way to get it away from the idiot who shouldn't have been in the exhibit in the first place.

I felt the urge to create something to motivate future generations of polar bear cage fights.
