I think Farmer has the right of it. You might be able to find a buyer for either of those items for slightly above what the gemshop might give you, but it likely wouldn't be worth the effort.

That headworn enhancive is a very valuable slot, so someone wanting to take up their slot with the item will be a hard find.

I don't think the +1 mana recovery will sell at the pawnshop. Try to find a buyer for it for 25k-50k. I think its worth that to wear when your not wearing your favorite headworn enhancive.
