Crush resist not working agianst manuevers?

Well I finally got roa'ter burrowed, with my crush resistence armor on.

You feel a rumble come from beneath your feet.
Dirt and rock explode from the floor beneath you as a roa'ter erupts from underground and crashes onto the surface!
Rocks and dirt pelt you as you are thrown into the air!
You are struck by heavy debris!
... 15 points of damage!
Nasty blow to head leaves you dazed!
You are stunned for 4 rounds!
You come crashing back into the floor!
... 7 points of damage!
Blow grazes your left leg.

Are either of these crush resist? I know that resistence can help with manuevers, such as spike thorn (I think), or charge. But can crush resistence help with manuevers such as roa'ter burrows, and illoke's stone fist?

if it's crush damage it'll help, if not.. then it's not a crush hit.

That really looks like impact.

The first looks an unbalance crit and the second is an impact crit.

That explains it. Meh.

Maybe I should switch to puncture. Crush seems deadly enough and more common though..I dunno! I cannot decide which one I want.

All of them can be equally deadly.

Resistance is situational. Figure out what you hunt, then something done that fits.

Crush is almost exclusively used in conjunction with a weapon of some kind being swung. Impact is more widely applicable to other scenarios.
