Just curious ,as I was pissed at first, if anyone else who has canceled their account(s) has ever run into this.

I closed my accounts and my wifes account a few months back, low and behold one of them gets reactivated and they start billing us for it again. Now it was easily fixed after talking with thier billing department, even got our 2 months of fees reimbursed.

So not slamming Simu for it they handled it proffesionally and quickly, least I can say that about billing unlike alot of other departments they have.

Just curious if anyone else has ever had something like this happen. As it turned out no one had or has the passwords it was a mistake on Simu's end.

(then again it might have had to do with the fact I mass e-mailed my quiry and replies out to Sirrina, Warden, Samcras, billing, etc. I hit em all with it)

I've closed my accounts many times and no, none of them have ever been reactivated without me doing it.

And yeah, their billing department is the best.

I've never had a problem when I closed an account down. In fact, I've been offered some kind of incentive for opening it again after a few months, if I remember correctly.

I just found it odd, and somehow it got overlooked on the bills at first (mainly cause the wife doesn't look at her statements). They were great about it when I asked them WTF and can I get reimbursed since you can see we didn't use it.

Like I said just odd no bill in Jan then billed for it in Feb and March.

Guess it's just me, I have all the luck (just wish it was the kind that let you win the lotto instead of get you more bills).

Do you have some sort of billpay system online and accidently clicked it?

Probably wouldn't reactivate it, but it's the only thing I could think of.

(mainly cause the wife doesn't look at her statements)

That's smart.

This happened to me when I played for a few months years ago. I wrote them a long, extremely mean email telling them to fix the problem. They did, and replied with a very slightly sarcastic email explaining how the snafu had been my fault.

I felt like a dick.
