Since it's Valentine's Day and the fact that I had to sit through the movie Ghost because my brother's girlfriend made us watch it, what do you think the best song is that goes with a movie. You know, like Unchained Melody in Ghost.
It doesn't have to be this lovey dovey bullshit, whatever fits the movie well.
My choice is "Take My Breath Away" from Berlin and from the movie Top Gun. Why? I was getting a BJ in the theater when it was playing. I'm sentimental that way.

Thats a good one actually, I have a good memory to it too, a girl who had a crush on me, one night during the summer got the gall to sing karioki (Damn I cant spell that) and sing that song, but during the song she got up and walked to me where I was sitting with my buddys and "serenaded" me as she called it... lol, was pretty embarrasing but pretty cool too
Without a doubt Requim for a Dream theme song remixed for Lord of the Rings: Two Towers.
Very powerful, it was in the trailer as a short piece.

Flower of Carnage in Kill Bill was placed really well. It's right after she kills Oren.

OOoo you invoked a great memory for me Pierat. My friends and I were at this little bar that had three guy acoustical group playing. They were taking requests so I asked for one of my all time favorite songs, Pretty Woman by Roy Obison. The singer had an amazing voice, walked out to our table and got down on one knee and sang it to me. I think I had one while he was singing it was so sexy. We dated for awhile, to bad I loved his voice more than him.

Hmmmm...I love "This Love" by Craig Armstrong. It was Cruel Intentions. The whole CD for that movie is awesome though. I mean Cruel Intentions 1. Not part 2, no way!

A Mi Manera in the credits of The Heist. I think that's the only reason I watch it.

Again, I'm probably showing my age here but I love Derek and the Domino's (or Eric Clapton if you didn't know he was Derek in the Dominos) - "Layla" in the closing credits of Smokey and the Bandit Part 1. You know, where Beuford T. Justice and his son are heading out into the sunset chasing after the Bandit. :socool:

The best end song to the best movie ever, Rage Against the Machine's Wake Up at the end of the first Matrix.
-TheE-, who's all dark and shit!

I love that song in LOTR that's like just a horn, dunno what it's called. Sounds Celtic (the song, not the name).

Song at the end of Fifth Element is good.
Best ever though is Don't You (Forget about me) by Simple Minds on the end of Breakfast Club.
Gary Jules' version of Mad World in Donnie Darko.
