OK so Im working with someone who is accused of sexually assaulting a five year old girl and who claims that it did not actually happen but she saw a cut scene from GTA where a man and a woman have sex following some kind of whipping session.

I havent actually played GTA so dont know abnything about the game so, can someone tell me:

a) how to get the cut scene to show?
b) how long does it run?
c) What happens exactly
d) what is said (as close to word for word as possible please)?

"Critics have also targeted the exploitative and violent attitude toward women. Although not encouraged to do so, main character Claude may utilize the services of prostitutes, and then subsequently murder and rob them. This utilization has been subsequently carried on in every single game in the series and is extremely more graphic in IV."

"San Andreas contained a sex minigame that was cut from the game, but remained in the game code, which was discovered in both the console and Windows versions of the game. Dubbed the "Hot Coffee mod", the minigame allowed players to have sex with their in-game girlfriends."

GTA San Andreas with the "girlfriends." There isn't actually any nudity or scene, just vocal acting that describes a whip and "ooh yeah" type sayings. There is also a patch of some sort to see nudity, but I don't know how to go abouts doing it.

GTA4 also has suggestive dialogue when they go into their apartments.

Ray Liotta was on WFAN this morning talking about people asking him to say GTA quotes. Was funny as hell.

Wow that's a tough beat unless he had the PC modded version that shows nudity etc.

My step brother whom I don't give a shit about anyways got sexual offender status for pissing in his own back yard at 3 am. /shrug

There's a few seconds in the opening sequence of GTAIV where a guy is tied up and getting whipped. Starts about five seconds in with "Daddy's back you bitches!"

I'm thankful that there are people like you that are capable of doing your type of job. I'd probably go to work with a rifle one day if it was me.

I posted the whipping scene. That's the closest thing there is to what you described, and it's from the most recent GTAIV game.

There's no sex involved.

There's full-frontal male nudity in the expansion pack. But no sex.

I never fapped to the simulated moan sounds in GTA?

Am I missing out? Will it enhance my fap, or make me more prone to sexually assault 5 year olds? Halp.

Seriously though: Video games are completely responsible for exacerbating completely non-existent traits of child molestation in responsible adults. It is not at all the person's fault for violating someone one-twelfth their age, but rather, pixels should be blamed for everything from murder and assault on a minor, to the Holocaust and erectile dysfunction.
