playershops has +17 for 1.5 and +22 for 2.5 - if that helps.

Someone has pointed me in the direction of some imflass halfling-sized plate that was on the rack of a merchant. Does anyone know how much these cost and if its hard to find someone to part with them?

I have a set that's either +32 or +37 and has been spiked. I'm only selling em for cash though.

Go buy some imflass full plate in the Landing, from the armory, for like 400k, get it enchanted to +17 for what... the cost of one potion? There you go, +17 imflass full plate for under 500k!
