I don't know why but I never found drawings of a penis to be funny. In school it was the big thing to like draw a penis in someones book or something and when they saw it they'd laugh. I just never got into it.

The premise made me laugh in Superbad.

I went to an uptight Christian high school and drawing "cannons" was a favorite past time. What we found was that you could ball up aluminum foil and then use that ball to "draw" a penis on the wall. Due to how the foil reacted with the paint (I don't know exactly what caused this) the penis was easily visible from 30 feet or more away but the closer you got the less you saw it and right up next to it you couldn't see anything. So we would draw them on the wall at the end of long hallways and then watch as shocked teachers and administrators saw what looked like a 6 foot dick on the wall and we'd try not to laugh as they got a bemused look on their face as they got closer to the wall and is disappeared. In high school this was ridiculously funny.
