This weapon is now in my possession.

With the +10 strength bonus it is effectively a 7x (+35) OHE including all the benefits strength gives to encumbrance.

Since I won’t be able to fully realize all of it’s benefits for another 10 levels I’ll consider decent coins or trades for it at 460k.
