Just because you didn't ask him to doesn't mean the kill had nothing to do with you. It was in relation to your situation, therefore it had everything to do with you, even if you didn't ask him to do it.

But to be fair, anything that promotes violence in GS is a good thing.

I've yet to see Miss I try to roleplay, let alone not play a raging bitch. However she instigated the conflict with the slap, and he retaliated his own way. He didn't do anything wrong. If he kept killing her, that would have been a different story.

Werileo is informing you that he wishes to have no further interaction with you OF ANY KIND! He desires that the two of you go your separate ways and have no further contact.

If he WARN INTERACTed you, and then had a familiar follow you, he violated his own WARN command. He's saying he doesn't want any interaction between his character and yours. By issuing the WARNing, he basically agrees to remove himself from the area entirely and concede whatever room the two of you were in to you, because he's that desperate to be left alone. So if he targets you with a familiar after, and you're a fan of using ASSIST/REPORT, fire away.

WARN is like a restraining agreement (rather than a straining order), in that it's not an officially-sanctioned GM anything as it applies to the interaction between two players. But if he's warned you and you've honored his wishes--and that's sort of the important part, because if you've slapped him/had a friend come and blast him/called him names/trashed him IC since the WARN was issued, you've got no valid complaint--then he comes out looking even worse.

Just as a bit of an aside, I think it's possible to RP a rude/snobby character without slapping people just for touching you. And I think it's sort of out of the ordinary as far as the sort of behavior you would expect from even a really aggressive person goes. I guess if you were a bloodraging violent maniac, it would make a little more sense, but that would also require an interesting angle on the empathic profession.
