I gotta say my personal favorites are the Benedictines, but I might be biased from going to one of their schools.

My favorite monk:

A pensive key monk jumps up on you and kisses you on the lips!

The key monk is a short humanoid creature, covered in key fur and very agile. He has a long tail that he uses to help climb things and hold things. The monk looks very smart and seems to be full of mischief.
