Looking for a simple set of 4x augmented chain. Would pay for 5x maybe but I'm not looking to pay a lot.

Would pay extra for something lightened or with a rogue look. Would also maybe pay for 6x, just not looking to break the bank since it's a transition set of armor.

Odd. You just sold me a set and did not want to bring the price down when I offered you my old set of simple 4x.

I still have it and you could dye it to make it more “rogue like”.

BTW, did the free 4x enchant you had fall through?

No it didn't but I was thinking maybe I could get a cheap set of 4x rather than having to wait the few weeks or however long it is for something off the shelf to get enchanted. And by cheap I was thinking less than 100K. Maybe that's an unrealistic price but I bought my 4x chain mail in a shop for 75K so that's what I was hoping. Or someone might have a set of 5x or 6x they're trying to sell. But if not yeah I'm still planning to get the 4x enchant soon so this will probably be the last bump.

But thats the thing that does not make sense, you had a set of 4x aug chain that you just sold me. I offered my plain 4x to reduce the price and you told me that you had someone enchanting something for you for free and never once gave me a price you would pay for something you are now asking for here.

???

It was a combination of the price you were offering being unattractive to me and I didn't really like the look that much. I didn't think of dyeing it and yeah that would work, but I assumed based on your price quote that any offer from me would be a non-starter for you so I didn't make one. Would it be <dye color> augmented chain if I dyed it or was there something else in the description? I forget. Assuming it would dye into "some <dye color> augmented chain" and it's standard weight, I'll give you 100K for it. Anything more and I'd rather just wait for one to be enchanted.

And the reason why I didn't just keep the set I sold you is it was something I found on a group hunt and therefore it wasn't solely mine. I was selling it for the group with the intention of splitting the proceeds.
