HELP with my new pally

looking for good stat placement for TP and good starting numbers so im not gimped and good stats for my 40's-50's and good cap stats... does not need to be all 100's but looking for a set of stats that will be nice for me while I level up my new pally


so any help you guys can give me so that i dont gimp my stats while I level up and will be happy with my stats later with this pally.

plan on keeping him blunt/board i have a 5x white ora tower shield and a 4x iasha mace as well as a crafted spikestar that i can bond to.
