Generic non-corporeal critical messaging table:
There are no damage values included in this table since these vary depending upon the damage type. (ie. slash, puncture, crush, fire, acid, lightning etc). The messaging will be the same across damage types and non-corp critters AFAIK.
E.g. Rank 4 fire crit head message vs wraith will be the same as the Rank 4 crush head message vs phantom although the amount of damage may be different. The message for both attacks will be SWIFT STRIKE WOULD HAVE HIT MORE THAN AN EAR, IF ONLY IT WERE THERE.
In order to determine the amount of damage you will need the appropriate crit table. Let's say you were hunting wraiths using minor fire (906). You will find the appropriate message in this table but in order to determine the amount of damage you would need to look on the fire critical table at the corresponding body location and crit rank.
You could also combine the two by adding the damage values to this table and saving it as eg. non-corp fire critical table.
