Primary runestaff

Looking for a runestaff... something that's an improvement over my plain-jane 4x one. I like enhancives, especially:

1. Max Mana
2. Mana Recovery
3. Harness Power
4. Spirit or Aura

... or something that's altered into something appropriate for a halfling.

Not dealing with an unlimited budget here, but have the coins for something pretty nice. PM me with what you have and how much you'd like for it, please.
