Been looking around and can't find the basic formula anywhere (krakiipedia, Nilandia.com, play.net, here)

Help me out here.

Weapon skill bonus + STR bonus + CM/2 = AS base?

So as an elf sorcerer with 101 weapon ranks (202 bonus?) and 101 CM

202 + 25 + 50 = 277?

add +50 AS for elemental targeting.....

so Total self spelled 327 AS?

Yes, that's the basics of single weapon melee AS.

Oh yea and the weapon enchant. I'll probably be using a 5x.

So 352 AS w00t. I think I can manage +80 AS from outside spells for a total of 432 AS. Still kind of average. :(

Yes, there's obviously a bajillion ways to add onto your AS (weapon enchant, outside spells, pure potions, blue crystals, cmans, etc), but you've got the skill formula down.

Yea, I remembered that after I went to bed. So with GoS I'll get +30 AS for a total of 462 I can keep up on every swing (thats with lots of spells not including 117 though).

Unless you have a very good stamina regen, or rarely use other things that use your stamina, the best sustainable AS boost from GoS is only +20.

I'm sure i'll use some. But I don't like to use enhancives all the time and waste my BP.

I think I can manage. I'll have 101 PT and perfect stats for an Elf. Eventually I'm going to get some blessing lore and use 1107 too.

You'll have to worry about getting E/B/P'd with only 1x Weapon Training.

I'll probably be setting them up a lot with a web bolt or 415. We'll see. At least I have a ton of BP saved up if it really sucks.
