Not at all, he's the best damn character in the show. I'm so glad they saved him from the crap they had him go to in season two.

He certainly is the most awesome evar, especially recently, since they fleshed out his character a bit.

You know a good character when: You've finished the entire first season on DVD for the first time. Then you go watch the special features and see Sylar's actor chilling with the other actors and you do a double take and have a "WTF, mate" moment.

Probably my favorite character at this point. I thought they did a good job with this weeks episode.

I just love it when someone comes up on Sylar's radar and he's done playing it's like, "Whoops, you fucked up chicken. Sylar's going to toast you." No moral dilema, no conflict about whether or not he should open a can of kickass- asses just get kicked (or killed) /end.

Without the eyebrows he probably would have turned out a good two-shoes like Peter. Imagine the school-yard trauma Sylar must have gone through with those ferrets over his eyes?

All that searching he did for his father and his origins probably could have been skipped entirely with a good brow-waxing/plucking. But alas, evil he remains (as long as he has the evil eyebrows).

You know he's designed on purpose to be one of those bad guys that the viewer likes, so no, it's not wrong.

It's not unusual for T.V. shows to have a bad guy who the audience is supposed to sympathize with and come to like, despite knowing full well that the person is morally corrupt... remember The Sopranos?

It was best done with Magneto, and I don't mean X-Men the movie Magneto which in my world doesn't exist... I mean the real Magneto, the one depicted in Magneto #0 and then on.

Sylar is made of win. I thought, with his power, the point of Heroes would be everyone banding up to fight against Sylar because he's got a shitton of powers whereas everyone else only has like one or two.

But nooo, they had to have Peter aka Nurse Jesus. Fuck Peter. He can die. It's not that I don't like Peter's character/personality--I just don't like his brokenness as a protagonist.

(I haven't seen season 3 yet, btw. I heard he lost his powers or something which is a good start.)

I also used to think the Hatian basically neutralized Sylar's powers, but it turns out their is a limit to what he can do as we saw with Peter's dad. Essentially they've given a weakness to everyone who could mess with Sylar (Peter, Hiro, the Hatian) except perhaps Matt Parkman.

Some of the mods for that game are amazing. I wish I had a PC powerful enough to run it. Also, that type of add would definitely fit right in for Fallout.

Sylar is awesome. I don't think he knows how to do his dad's trick.. I mean he did pick up Elle's lightning without cutting her head open, but then he just killed her anyway.
