another runestaff I've decided not to use

ITEM: a bent fireleaf runestaff
LOCATION: moss-draped fieldstone shop with a dark-stained shingle roof, Landing Room #24, 3 east on Holly Road. http://www.playershops.com/Orzel

Looking closely at the fireleaf runestaff, you see that it will cost 2250000 coins.
It imparts a bonus of +22 more than usual.
It helps defend its wielder.
It provides a bonus of 1 to Constitution Bonus.
This enhancement may not be used by adventurers who have not trained 2 times.
The runestaff looks to have a huge number of charges remaining.

Yeah, this bit of information is pretty big. Like a +5 and it becomes equal to a 9x staff in offensive.

I don't know how much of a defender, I think +6 or +7 it was listed as when I bought it, is there a way for me to tell?

the other runestaff I have listed did not sing as a defender nor does it show that message of it helps defend the user or whatever when it's displayed in my playershop, so I do believe this is a true defender runestaff

Only way to accurately tell is to grab another +22 staff and test it. Testing against basic orase might be off +1 so it shouldn't be a huge deal.

I'm in Illistim right now, but if no one has bought it by the time I get back, I'll test it against another +22 runestaff that I have, and find out for sure.

normal +22 runestaff offensive stance
A mountain ogre swings a cudgel at you!
AS: +173 vs DS: +190 with AvD: +17 + d100 roll: +48 = +48
A clean miss.

defender +22 runestaff offensive stance
A zombie tries to bite you!
AS: +208 vs DS: +193 with AvD: +32 + d100 roll: +62 = +109
... and hits for 3 points of damage!
Light slash to your abdomen!
Barely nicked.

I'm assuming this means it's a +3 defender... I will post accordingly, need to have runestaff resung and put back in shop, will be placing it at 2m, should be there within 1 hour of this post time. Get it before it's gone.
