I'm curious to hear peoples response to this and their reasoning why.
I'm sure most here know what my opinion is so I'll keep quiet. :welcome:
Yeah. A former Marine in a zombie mask dictating to me, a civilian, the laws of the constitution and doom and devastation is not exactly comforting.

I kept wanting him to shut up so I could listen to the soundtrack to The Last of the Mohicans playing in the background.

And he's neither patriot nor traitor, he's just some bozo with internet access and too much time on his hands.
Thats the face of the republican party these days.

Exactly.
Nice self-pwn there.
Also, even if it were true, an ex Marine in a zombie mask is a step up from this:

Rofl.
What about Joe the Plumber? He's a skyrocketing personality in the Republican party.
(I only wish I could put that in in italics)

He seems to be picking and choosing what he crows about. It's kind of like a Bible salesman or any other kind of salesman. Where were all these people in 2002? 2003? 2004? I guess the last administration didn't suspend enough worthy constitutional rights... like that to habeas corpus, freedom from unreasonable search and seizure, and oh yeah, free speech not really being free speech as long as discussion of drugs is involved!
On principle, I agree with him that too many rights of citizens are being erroded; in actuality, I doubt he cares unless it applies to guns. That marginalization of groups and errosion of the rights of only certain groups is the very reason peoples' rights will continue to be erroded.
As for patriot or traitor, I don't really care.

The title of this thread immediately brought to mind Robert E. Lee.

Irony wrapped in sarcasm.
The republican party leadership is in shambles and it seems like people who call themselves republicans are just agreeing with whoever has the loudest voice regardless of message.

rofl. Even though she is hot a marine in full dress wearing a zombie mask is pretty fucking cool. Notice the pic of Ron Paul in the initial photo montage that starts the clip?

Good post.
I actually agree with the guy on many many issues other than gun rights. I do not oppose his views on gun rights. The whole “wake up” cliche is very appropriate in terms of consumerism. Its ironic to hear that cliche from what some might consider a “conservative” or “right”, and now “republican” source since its been the clarion call of people who some might consider “left” or “liberal” for decades.

My reverse-psychology aluminum foil tiara is sending me mystical signals that tell me that this guy isn't an actual member of the armed forces.

I dismissed the guy as fucking retarded after his second emphasis on "republic"an.
Had he bothered with it as far back as a year ago ... he may have come across as bit more credible in his opinion.
I keep thinking back to that bit on Howard Stern... Wake up white people!

*eye roll* Both? Patriot to Virginia and traitor to the United States?
Both for that reason and one other. He truly ended the civil war to stop the bloodshed and destroying the entire nation.
Davis insisted to continue the battle and he took it upon himself to surrender to the Union against Davis's will.
