You analyze your bone white skull and sense that the item is largely free from merchant alteration restrictions, but the creator has stated that "The item has restrictions on changing the noun."
Most of these actions will stun you for 15 seconds or so. List of actions may or may not be complete. I tried to include third person views for most of these. Yes, most has been redefined to mean less than half.
>turn skull
You turn the skull and feel something turning your head!
>rub skull
You begin rubbing the skull and you feel the skin of your palm stick to the bone. You try to pull your hand away but your flesh begins pouring over the skull as if liquified. It forms around the skull in a grotesque caricature of your own face and opens its mouth with a mournful wail...
... and then the vision ends.
>kiss skull
You bring the skull to your lips and kiss it... but you cannot pull it away and just as you begin to feel embarassment at having a skull stuck to your lips you feel it begin to draw you in, sucking so hard your tongue rips open, blood spurting all over and you feel as if your eyes are being pulled down right through your throat...
... and then the vision ends.

You open your mouth to bite and suddenly feel a wave of nausea as you realize you are feasting upon your own intestines which are hanging loose from your gutted body. You stumble over horrified but it only makes you hungrier and you chew faster slurping up the blood...
... and then the vision ends.

You stare deep into the eye sockets of the skull and feel yourself falling into a light trance... Suddenly the skull comes alive with a horrible ghostly face! It lunges out of your hand towards your neck with sharp bloody fangs and you fall over backwards screaming...

You stick out your tongue to lick the skull when it suddenly lunges and bites deep into your tongue! The pain is excruciating as it begins to chew and blood fills your throat...

The bone white skull bursts into flames and shrieks with such force it knocks you flat!

You poke at the skull and it bites down hard on your finger!
You are stunned!

You look carefully at the skull and just for a moment... you think you see a dim glow in its eye sockets.

You try to hug the skull but it shrieks, causing you to fall back on your rear end!
>tickle skull
The bone white skull bites your fingers, making you yelp in pain!
You are stunned!
>punch skull
You try to punch your bone white skull and it bites down hard on your knuckles!
You are stunned!
>kick skull
As you raise leg up to kick your bone white skull, it bites down hard on your left leg!
You are stunned!
>wave skull
You wave the skull around making its teeth chatter loudly.
>pet skull
You touch the skull and feel something touch you on the head!
