The following auction will end on Monday March 9th at 11:59pm PST. I will update bids at least once a day, more often if time allows. Bidding can be done here in the thread, or email(ck1110722@aol.com). Auction will also be posted on official forums. No anonymous bidders please.

1. a cracked veil iron handaxe

As you sing, you feel a faint resonating vibration from the veil iron handaxe in your hand, and you learn something about it...
The first thing that strikes you about the handaxe is the weight, which is about 7 pounds. In your best estimation, it's worth about 300,000 silvers. You can also tell that there is some type of metal in the structure of the veil iron handaxe.

As you sing, you feel a faint resonating vibration from the veil iron handaxe in your hand, and you learn something about it...
You sense a faint aura of magic around the veil iron handaxe. From the pitch of the vibration you determine that the purpose of the handaxe is as some type of weapon.

As you sing, you feel a faint resonating vibration from the veil iron handaxe in your hand...
It has a bonus of +30 from a normal handaxe, and the way it vibrates in tune with your voice tells you that it requires skill in edged weapons to use effectively.

You are unable to determine anything new about the handaxe.

The harmonics generated tell you that the axe helps defend the one who wields it.

Take the numbers for what they are in context with the loresong. What they mean is a little less straight forward than what I thought.

Lyonis, comparing a 0x claid to a 3x Battleaxe won't give you a straitup Defensive reading, it's still useful to know, but the 3x enchant of the battleaxe does contribute to defense. Simu documentation would actually suggest a +3 in offensive, +10.5 in defensive from the enchant alone. (Which wouldn't make sense with your numbers, as the DB bonus would be +3 in offensive, +0/1 in defensive). My guess is it's a +3 Defensive (and something's wonky w/ stance defensive numbers).

wasn't implying it wasn't :) (and sorry that it seemed that way). It's still a valid comparison for someone who had a 0x weapon before this one.

Hehe, naw it didn't seem that way :) I'd rather be corrected in the thread than have someone thinking they're getting something they aren't.

Just trying to figure out a way to reword the OP so it's legit...
