And how to run them.
So I have only been in a few so far, but the current one is pretty new and kinda wonky compared to the others I have been in. But I want to stay since it has memebers around my level I can train with, and the two people running it are pretty nice.
So what are the dos and donts.
Right now they seem to just put everything in the GB, and allow like 1-2 stack access to each page. Some stuff is expensive and is easily ninjad for people who do that. Some stuff is vendor trash I wouldn't have put there in the first place.
It is supposed to be a leveling guild, just to help each other out. (I think)
So what are the items you would give free access to, and the items you would limit etc.
How often would you give runs to players through instances. I mean there comes a point where they ask too much. And you have to have time to work on your own character.

I would not run anyone and put absolutely nothing in the GB. Leveling guilds are called that because people come through take as much as possible and then leave as soon as possible. Unless your feeling like making a donation to someone who likely already has a bunch of raiding characters dont bother.

Well if I were going to run lower characters through instances I'd just set up guild calendar addon & schedule certain instances. People can sign up & go at the scheduled time or be on their own(no begging allowed).
I say use gcal because the in game calendar requires inviting people which is something of a pain in the ass imo.
As for the gbank, no grey or white items at the very least, keep the stacks smaller so less can be withdrawn/ninja'd at a time. Access being very low to none(ask an officer for items if you need them)for low ranked members & growing tab access by rank.

Guilds are nothing more than socialist models that almost always end up being destroyed from within.
