Just found this on a Teras pawnshop table:

a small silver diamond-set band
This small silver band is delicately adorned with the smallest of blue diamonds around the top. Beneath the diamond is a small etching of a dark elf, his piercing eyes softened by the return fond gaze of a short giant. His hand is lovingly placed on her cheek while he speaks something softly in her ear. The words he is speaking to her are inscribed inside the ring and read, "You are my better half, I am not complete without you. ~Love, Dazmar."

Thanks Belnia! I figured out who made this ring, it was the owner of Dazmar before the current owner who is still MIA.
